Up Elevated Cocktails was founded in August 2020 by Carlos Ramos. Carlos spent over a decade in hospitality & 8 years in the craft beer industry, working for brands such as Lagunitas Brewing Co. and 18th Street Brewery & Distillery. When Covid-19 ravaged the food and beverage industry, forcing him out of a career - Carlos pivoted and launched Up Elevated Cocktails.

Up Elevated Cocktails has since become known for creating thoughtful and deliciously balanced libations, with an emphasis on fresh seasonal ingredients. Up Elevated Cocktails has also become synonymous with curating elegant & intentional beverage experiences.

Up Elevated Cocktails has worked with cannabis beverage brands such as CANN, Artet, CQ Drinks & more, as well as beverage alcohol brands Don Julio Tequila, Jon Basil Tequila, Spice Note Tequila, 18th Street Distillery, Skeptic Distillery, & more.
